Guard at Bioport Industries, Maker of Anthrax Vaccine

Lansing, Michigan: A security guard near the main entrance to Bioport Industries. The company is the only licensed producer of anthrax vaccine in the United States. Previously owned by the state of Michigan, the company has not produced a single dose of anthrax vaccine since it was sold to private owners in 1998 because it has failed to pass FDA inspections.
