Mecosta, Michigan - Mud flats have developed in Dead Stream. Residents says lake and stream levels have dropped since Nestle Waters North America began withdrawing 720,000 gallons of water a day from nearby springs for its Ice Mountain bottled water plant in Stanwood, Michigan.
