Graffiti Demands Justice for Mexican boy Killed by U.S. Border Patrol Agent

Nogales, Sonora Mexico - Graffiti on the Mexican side of the border fence between the United States and Mexico near the spot where 16-year-old Jose Antonio Elena Rodriguez was killed by U.S. Border Patrol agent Lonnie Swartz, who fired across the border. Three years after the 2012 killing, Swartz was indicted for second degree murder.
