Painting Honors Mexican Boy Killed by U.S. Border Patrol Agent

Nogales, Sonora Mexico - 8 October 2016 - Nogales Bishop José Leopoldo González González dedicates a painting of 16-year-old Jose Antonio Elena Rodriguez, who was killed in October 2012 by 10 shots fired across the border by a Border Patrol agent. With Jose Antonio's mother (center), the bishop dedicated the painting after celebrating mass below the border fence at the site where the teenager was killed.
