Religious Activists Picket Congressman Over Federal Budget Cuts

Livonia, Michigan - Religious activists picket the home office of Rep. Thaddeus McCotter, a Republican from a suburban Detroit district, to protest his vote in favor of federal budget cuts that affect poor families and children. The cuts include health care, food stamps, foster care, student loans, and more. Bill Hickey, a member of Gesu Catholic church in Detroit, joins the picketing.
