The singer has displayed the Confederate flag at some of his past concerts; protesters felt that was not an appropriate message for the arena, which was partially paid for with taxpayer dollars. A Kid Rock supporter gives the finger to protesters. Besides concerts, the arena will house the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Pistons teams. |
