Cambodian Immigrant Fears Deportation After 33 Years in USA

Rosharon, Texas - Cambodian immigrants Patty Ly, 50, and Sompong Ly, 48, stand outside the trailer they lived in with their 7-year-old son until it was flooded by Hurricane Harvey. They are part of a community of Cambodian refugees who settled in south Texas in the early 1980s after fleeing the Khmer Rouge. They now fear that the government wants to deport Sompong because of some trouble with the law 17 years ago.
