Car Caravan Demands No Evictions During Pandemic

Detroit, Michigan, USA - 13 May 2020 - A car caravan passes the Michigan state office building, demanding that evictions and foreclosures be stopped during the coronavirus pandemic. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's order banning evictions expires May 15. Members of Detroit Eviction Defense want that extended until 60 days after the state of emergency ends.
