Oklahoma City National Memorial

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - The Oklahoma City National Memorial marks the 1995 domestic terror bombing that destroyed the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. Relatives of Rev. Gilberto X. Martinez, who was killed in the bombing, place a wreath on his chair in the Field of Empty Chairs. One chair honors each of the 168 people killed. Martinez was pastor of El Tabernaculo de Fe and a public school teacher.
