Detroit, Michigan USA - 30 June 2023 - Members of the Teamsters Union carried "just practicing" picket signs at United Parcel Service's Cicotte terminal a month before the union's contract covering nearly 350,000 workers expires. Union members have voted by a 97% margin to authorize a strike if a new contract is not agreed to by July 31.
