Disabled Adult Supports Decision of Michigan Home Care Workers to Join Union

Detroit, Michigan - Scott Heinzman, who is confined to a wheelchair and uses the services of a home care worker, speaks at a news conference supporting the decision of Michigan home care workers to join the Service Employees International Union. Heinzman is a member of ADAPT, which fights for programs that allow persons with disabilities to continue to live in their community rather than in a nursing home.
