Unions Found Change to Win Federation

St. Louis, Missouri - September 27, 2005 - A group of seven unions which broke away from the AFL-CIO held the founding convention of their new labor federation, the Change to Win Federation. Delegates from the Laborers union signed a pledge committing themselves to the principles of the new federation.
