Environmentalists Rally to Support Limits on Burning Coal

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Environmentalists rallied to support the Obama administration's proposed Clean Power Act, which would cut carbon emissions by restricting the use of coal to generate electricity. The rally occured outside an Environmental Protection Agency hearing on the proposal.
