Baptists Picket Funeral of Soldier Killed in Iraq

South Holland, Illinois - Members of the Westboro Baptist Church from Topeka, Kansas picket the funeral of Marine Lance Cpl. Philip J. Martini, who was killed in Iraq, at Holy Ghost Catholic Church. The group is led by Pastor Fred Phelps. It maintains that God is killing American soldiers because America accepts homosexuality. Members of the group dragged the American flag on the ground and stepped on it.
