Fishing for Invasive Asian Carp

Peoria, Illinois - Fishermen on the Illinois River use gillnets to harvest invasive Asian carp, mostly the silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix). They will take the fish to a processing plant where to be cleaned and packaged for sale to restaurants and individuals.
