Mansfield, Ohio - The West Cell Block at the Ohio State Reformatory. The prison opened in 1896 and was closed in 1990 by a federal court because of overcrowding and inhumane conditions. Built for 1500 inmates, it held more than twice that number much of the time. The prison now offers daily tours, and has been the site of many films.
